Hi! My name is Eli and I’m thrilled that you showed up for yourself! Self-care is the most important thing you can do for your health and your family’s well being. As for me, I love to cook, run, weight train, dance and relax at the beach. I’m also a devoted wife and a mother of 4 beautiful children. Maintaining a healthy lifestyle while leading a busy life isn't easy. It takes a lot of hard work and focused attention. As a certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coach, I understand the magnitude and frustration of feeling like there is more out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first. That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures. Group Wellness
As a professional Health Coach, one of the first lessons I start with is by showing how everything we do is connected. Meet some like-minded friends for 6, 50 minute sessions where we connect in the kitchen, exercise together, meditate on the beach, grocery shop, and share our joys and hardships while learning tips to manage stress and practice mindful eating.
Classes and Seminars
A Personal Approach
Teaching children to make healthy choices can be fun and inspiring. Utilizing the five senses is a great tool to encourage children to think about what they put into their mouth. But it’s never too late.
